U30 Program 2024 (Full Season)
About this event
Full season rowing program for local area college students, visiting college students living/working the Twin Cities, recent graduates, and other young professionals. Individuals in their early 30s who match well with the group in regard to fitness and rowing ability may also join with coach approval. Participants must have at least one full year of rowing experience, sweep and/or sculling.
Practices 5:30-7:30am
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
No practice Wednesday
Participants eligible to compete in regattas if desired. Other member benefits include equipment check out privileges according to bow rating, access to boathouse exercise equipment, and participation in club activities and events.
Participants must also be active members of USRowing.

Cancellation Policy:
Registration may be cancelled prior to the program start date. Please contact the Club Administrator at clubadmin@minneapolisrowing.org.
Program fees are due June 9. Cancellation and any refunds after the U30 Summer Program has begun may be made for medical reasons or other unanticipated events at the discretion of the Club Administrator.
