All participants will receive a pin and be entered to win prizes from HOCR and Concept2.

Erg 4702m from anywhere Monday, January 30, through Sunday, February 5, and submit your time in iCrew or directly to Club Admin Jen Sowins. Categories for Youth, Open, Masters 30+, 40+, 50+, and others.

No erg, no problem. We have scheduled the following times to erg at PaddleSculpt Gym. Participants will be emailed on 1/28/23 to sign up to erg at PaddleSculpt if desired. Grab some friends, groups encouraged!
